Session transcripts and poster abstracts harvested from the AACR 2026 virtual platform, organized by topic for searchable browsing.

Session transcripts: ~464,000 words from Vimeo auto-generated English captions. Poster abstracts: ~871,000 words from AACR's e-poster platform.
How to use this site¶
- Browse by topic — each topic tab has a filterable, sortable poster table and a session list. Click any poster row to expand its full abstract in place.
- Search — the top-right search indexes session transcripts and page content. Poster abstracts are in the embedded tables (use the per-table search box for those).
- Read a session transcript — open the "Session Transcripts" tab for the full list, or click through from any topic page.
Cross-topic symlinks
Sessions often belong to multiple topics (e.g., Bo Wang's talk is both "agentic-ai" and "virtual-cells"). Each transcript has exactly one canonical page here; a topic page may list the same transcript cross-referenced from elsewhere.
Corpus notes¶
- All session captions are Vimeo AI-generated English. Expect misheard names ("Bunne" → "Bonner", "Foersch" → "Firsch") and acronyms ("scGPT" → "SC-GPT"). See Caveats.
- Poster abstracts are HTML-decoded and tag-stripped from the AACR Abstracts Online JSON; original HTML entities preserved.
- Clinical-trial session transcripts were deferred — minisymposium content is largely a serial read of the posters. See the Clinical Trials page for the list of session IDs extractable on demand.
